SCHWALMSTADT. On Sunday, October 13th, the BUND Schwalm-Eder-Süd invites you to an exciting mushroom excursion. The event begins at 10 a.m. and will be hosted by experienced mushroom expert Dr. Verena Wilhelmi directed. During the excursion, she will evaluate the mushroom finds collected on site and release safe edible mushrooms for use.
Everyone is also invited to bring their own exhibits. In addition to the focus on edible mushrooms, the amazing diversity of the mushroom world, which goes far beyond kitchen utensils, is also discussed. Participants can look forward to colorful treasure baskets as the weather conditions are ideal for a rich mushroom harvest!
Meeting point and donations
The meeting point for the excursion is the entrance to the former shooting range on the L 3155 road, which leads from Treysa to Gilserberg.
