The weather conditions remain inconsistent, with temperatures that can drop up to -7 degrees during the coming nights. The warnings of smoothness and frost concern numerous counties, including the Main-Taunus district and the Hochtaunuskreis.

On Wednesday morning, November 20, the weather in Hesse will be characterized by rain, snow and pub. The DWD warns of smoothness in the Central and East Hessian counties until 10 a.m. In higher altitudes over 400 meters, snowfall and up to 10 cm of fresh snow can be expected. The weather experts warn that the streets can become smooth in many regions, which leads to dangerous driving conditions.

A passing car was damaged, but the driver was not injured. The fire brigade had to move out to remove the tree, which led to a temporary blocking of the street.
