On November 14, 2024, the Altdorf Hospital will be the venue for a vital medical discussion! From 6 p.m. everything revolves around the crucial minutes after a sudden cardiac arrest. There is still an enormous backlog of first aid in Germany, and this is exactly where the event comes into play. Dr. Ovidiu Jurcau, senior physician in the internal medicine department, will instruct participants in the art of chest compressions. “Check – call – press” – but how exactly does it work?
