Holla, the forest fairy! It starts on November 18th: FKi Diversity for Success, the pioneering company in diversity consulting, is launching an exciting new network for women - AIAYN (Attention is All You Need). This is all about how female managers can shape digital transformation with momentum and actively influence the future of their companies.
Barbara Lutz, the creative mind behind this innovative network and CEO of FKi Diversity for Success, has clear words: "Women can't just wait and watch, they have to take action themselves! Through targeted knowledge transfer and strong solidarity, we are preparing the ground for a new generation of female leaders."
A network for strong women
This network is not a coffee party! AIAYN is aimed at experienced women between the ages of 30 and 67 who are already excelling in leadership positions. The content is not gray theory, but rather imaginative combinations of technological knowledge and practical leadership skills! Workshops, training courses and networking events promise to create real added value for companies - with focuses such as artificial intelligence and the fascinating area of coding.
The exciting start will take place in Munich on November 18, 2024. The host is the innovative technology company Dassault Systèmes, an active partner of this great network.Sabine Scheunert, the strong voice at the top of Dassault Systèmes in Central Europe, warns: "Change is innovation, and that's exactly what we have to shape together! But unfortunately there are still too few women in crucial positions to really steer these developments."
AIAYN is much more than a network - it is a movement that is based on agile strategies and a clear goal: to make the digital future more inclusive and diverse! Visit the AIAYN website for more exciting information: www.aiayn.de.
