Riesa is ready for the big ice rink season 2024! Torsten Pilz, the entrepreneur behind this popular winter pleasure, has announced that the ice rink will be released on November 29 from 2 p.m. for the first ice skating runners. With the support of sponsors such as Volksbank, there will be some exciting innovations this year. But preparations are a challenge: the increasing costs and the loss of an important sponsor are attracted to the team.

The ice rink will be open until January 5, with special times on weekends and public holidays. On weekdays, visitors can do their rounds from 2 p.m., while on vacation days even at 10 a.m. the ice skates can be laced. A ticket now costs 3 euros, which is 50 cents more than last year. Discount cards remain available and offer a great way to save money.
