The affected product can be returned not only in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, but also in Hamburg, Hesse, Lower Saxony, North Rhine-Westphalia and Rhineland-Palatinate. Consumers can bring the goods to the point of sale and the purchase price will be refunded to them, even without a receipt.
