A dramatic break-in occurred on Wednesday evening (November 27th) in Huchting when a 24-year-old man broke into a terraced house. The residents, who had video surveillance, immediately noticed the intruder and alerted the police. The burglar took advantage of the darkness and slipped into the house through a tilted basement window.

The police arrived quickly and found the perpetrator in the basement, where he was hiding under a pile of laundry. When he was arrested, it was discovered that he had watches, cell phones and cash on him - all of which were allegedly stolen. The 24-year-old was temporarily arrested and the investigation is in full swing. An attentive eye from the residents prevented anything worse from happening!
