Neighbors heard a woman from the fourth floor and immediately alerted the fire brigade. The courageous use of several fire brigade operations and sharp reflexes saved the woman in just 12 minutes - she was transported to a specialized clinic with life -threatening fire injuries by rescue helicopter!

The mission was enormous: 33 firefighters from the professional fire brigade and the Mainz Stadt volunteer fire brigade, supported by the police and emergency services, were found at the fire location. The fire in a room was brought under control after 20 minutes. Fortunately, no one was affected, but the fire apartment remains uninhabitable for the time being. The cause of the fire drama remains unclear and is examined by the police.

The saving hands were just freed from this alarm when another effort was triggered in Weisenau at 10:20 p.m.!
