Grünheide. Shocking revelations from the Tesla gigafactory! A survey of 1200 employees shows alarming results: 83 percent of employees often feel overloaded! The IG Metall union carried out this survey despite massive pressure through management, and the numbers are shocking. The survey also reveals that 91 percent of those surveyed suffer from physical complaints such as head, neck and back pain. The pressure that is on the employees is enormous! IG Metall is now calling for an additional paid break that is already common in many other automotive plants. 90 percent of the employees support this claim, while only four percent are against changes in the shift system. Tesla in Grünheide: High sick leave and unannounced home visits

The situation escalates! Tesla has found an above -average sick leave in the past few months, especially on Fridays and in the late layers. In phases, up to 15 percent of the employees were on sick leave. Instead of finding solutions, management prompted unannounced home visits to employees who often reported sick. "We wanted to appeal to the workforce of the workforce," said work boss André Thierg. But the employees feel under pressure!

Dirk Schulze, district manager of IG Metall Berlin-Brandenburg-Sachsen, was outraged about the working conditions: "These results are shocking and make me angry."
