Fight for the forest: Police clears Tesla opponents in Grünheide!

In a dramatic use, the police in Grünheide, near the controversial Tesla plant, got protesting from trees! The municipality has ordered the evacuation to examine the adjacent forest for ordnance. According to the officials, the exploratory work in an area of around 5,000 square meters is necessary to identify possible ordnance. This measure is part of the preparations for the planned expansion of the Tesla site, which has been going on since summer. The protesters who have been fighting against the only European Tesla factory since February are threatened in their freedom of assembly.

The spokeswoman for the protest movement "Tesla-the-Hahn-Doll", Karolina Drzewo, sharply criticized the police operation: "Under the pretext of a freedom of assembly, freedom of assembly is kicked out with feet!"
