Current Corona numbers for Märkisch-Oderland: incidence and new infections

In the Märkisch-Oderland district, Brandenburg, current Corona numbers were announced on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, which reflect a worrying situation. According to the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), the region registered 3 new infections compared to the previous day. In the last seven days, the registered cases add up to 13, which means a 7-day incidence of 6.6 per 100,000 inhabitants. This increases the entire number of people in the district tested positively for SARS-COV-2 to 84,504.

A total of 55 new infections and a death were documented for the broader analysis of the Corona position in Brandenburg on the same day. Here the 7-day incidence is 10.4 per 100,000 inhabitants.
