Raid in Brandenburg: 17 arrests in illegal cigarette production!

Brandenburg an der Havel. Taked up! In a large -scale campaign, 17 people were temporarily arrested, while ten objects searched through - and all of this in the course of gang tax evasion. The wave of attack was organized by the Zoll investigator Essen.

The investigators, commissioned by the Wuppertal public prosecutor, searched for nine locations in North Rhine-Westphalia and one in Brandenburg an der Havel. They received support from special forces from the federal police and the customs criminal office. The main customs offices from Düsseldort, Duisburg, Dortmund, Krefeld, Cologne, Potsdam and the Berlin-Brandenburg!

The head of the operation: A Moldauer?

At the center of this shocking story is a 38-year-old man from the ex-Soviet Republic of Moldova. He is suspected of having operated an illegal cigarette factory in Radevormwald, east of Wuppertal. According to his machinations, the products on the German and European black market should be sold! The case not only exposes the unscrupulous shops, but also shows the hard hand of the authorities in the fight against tax evasion and black trade.
