Südkreuz, Berlin, Deutschland - The Berlin city cleaning (BSR) is planning great! From 2026, an impressive new company headquarters will be built at Südkreuz station in Tempelhof-Schöneberg. With a budget of around 190 million euros, a 17-story office building made of wood will be created, which is not only modern, but also sustainable. The new headquarters of the BSR will be built on a spacious area of 12,000 square meters on Wilhelm-Kabus-Straße/Ella-Barowsky-Straße. The project not only includes offices and conference rooms, but also a publicly accessible reception hall. This will inform visitors about important topics such as circular economy and sustainability - a step into the future!But that's not all! The state -owned Berlinovo also plans another office building with an area of around 30,000 square meters. The BSR will rent 5,000 square meters of the new high -rise to Berlinovo to support the project financially. An attractive, green district square will be built between the two buildings, which separates the two buildings and invites you to linger. An environmental educational path will pull through the entire site and clarify visitors about ecological topics.
