BFC Dynamo celebrates a clear victory – Luckenwalde surprises Jena!
A dramatic start to the 14th matchday in the Northeast Regional Football League! BFC Dynamo celebrated an impressive 3-0 win against Viktoria Berlin and temporarily catapulted themselves to fifth place in the table. In the Sportforum Hohenschönhausen, Ivan Knezevic (30th minute), Kevin Lankford (37th) and Kristijan Makovec (82nd) ensured a clear triumph for the hosts. The Berliners showed themselves strong and left their fans in no doubt about who dominated the game.
But while Dynamo is celebrating, Luckenwalde, who are bottom of the table, is experiencing a real roller coaster ride of emotions! Having started the season with just seven points from 13 games, the team managed a surprising 2-2 draw with strong Carl Zeiss Jena. Philipp Kühn (22nd) and Remo Merke (45th+1) put Luckenwalde in the lead twice, but the equalizer came in the last minute! This late turnaround could prove to be a bitter setback as Luckenwalde remains seven points behind the rescue bank.
Altglienicke without points
For VSG Altglienicke, however, there was nothing to celebrate. In a thrilling duel against Chemnitzer FC, the Berliners lost 0-1 after conceding an early goal in the sixth minute. Despite all efforts, Altglienicke was unable to catch up and slipped to sixth place. A hard blow for the team that had hoped to win a point!
While the players are fighting for points on the pitch, the rbb|24 editorial team will be closed until Friday at 10:30 p.m. due to a strike. The comment function for current posts also remains deactivated. The tension in the Regionalliga Nordost remains high!
