VfB Hallbergmoos-Goldach with a 5-0 win: Monthé's comeback is exciting!
An exciting evening in the football world was evident in the leagues of Germany, where dramatic games and convincing victories caused a stir. VfB Hallbergmoos-Goldach stormed to a clear 5-0 win in the home game against TSV Kastl. Brandon Happi Monthé's goal in the 25th minute brought joy to the home fans in the first half. It was a particularly emotional moment for the player, who was able to start again for the first time after a long injury break of one and a half years.
The game picked up speed in the second half. The young Min-Kook Park, who came on as a substitute at half-time, led the attack with two goals (60th, 85th), while Fabian Porr (64th) and Tobias Krause (73rd) also got on the scoresheet. With this win, Hallbergmoos temporarily climbed to fourth place in the table, which could give the team a huge boost in the current season.
Drama in the relegation battle
In another exciting game, Kirchheimer SC played against VfR Garching, where after a goalless first half everything resulted in a clear defeat for Garching. However, the visitors surprised the spectators by increasing their pressure in the second half and taking a 3-0 lead in the 76th minute. The goal scorers were Ardian Bashota, Ziljkic Anes and Felix Günzel.
However, an own goal from Myroslav Mitin (78th) brought Kirchheim back into the game. In a stormy finish, Peter Schmöller (82nd) and Korbinian Vollmann (85th, penalty kick) scored further goals for Kirchheim, which resulted in the game ending in a breathtaking 3-3 draw. This disappointing result for Garching means they remain stuck in the relegation battle, while Kirchheim missed out on the top spots by just one point.
In the meantime, TSV 1880 Wasserburg, who played against SB Chiemgau Traunstein, also found their way successfully. In a powerful first half, Thomas Voglmaier (20th) scored the first goal, followed by Dominik Brich (25th) with a penalty kick. The final result of 2-0 not only secured important points for the Wasserburg team, but also kept them in the race for the top places in the table.
Viewers of the games on Friday evening were able to enjoy the gripping action and emotional twists and turns that make football so exciting. At least one team, Hallbergmoos, could gain new motivation from the clear victory, while the other teams in the relegation battle have to continue to fight for their future in the league.
