Under the title "Safe Payment in Old Age - Protection against Seniors", the participants not only achieved valuable information, but also a significant exchange about current security issues that are becoming increasingly important in the digital world.

The board of the Sparkasse, Roberto Nernosi, opened the event with a warm welcome and a clear appeal: "It is gratifying that so many senior citizens are here to find out more. At the same time, it is unfortunate that we have to offer such an educational event at all." She explained the challenges and advantages of online payments and mobile banking and gave practical tips to protect itself from the perfidious fraud stitches. Police commissioner Michael Beetz represented the police and informed in a humorous way about common fraud, from shock calls to grandchildren. His message was clear: distrust is the best protection! "Don't be put under pressure," advised Beetz and also shared useful safety instructions for everyday life.
