Schwabach shines in 2025: Art Biennale Location is looking for creative minds!

Schwabach -Schwabach is preparing for a spectacular art event: the artbiennale "Location" 2025, which will take place from 9th to 25th August. Under the captivating motto "in the sign of the gold", the city becomes a stage for creative minds that transform the city center into an artificial paradise.

The artbiennale, which has been taking place every two years since 1999, has set itself the goal of creating unconventional exhibition rooms. Art is presented in the most unusual places - be it on construction fallow, in backyards or even in cellar vaults. Schwabach will shine this year with the renowned Schwabacher Art Prize of 8,000 euros that will be awarded during the Biennale.

Now the time has come to become active! Artists are invited to apply for participation in the Biennale. We are looking for creative talents that are ready to present their art in special places in the center of Schwabach. The application period ends on January 13, 2025. All art forms are welcome: from painting and sculpture to graphics and textile art to installations, video, architecture and computer art.
