in the BRK senior home Simbach, district of Rottal-Inn, an impressive honor for deserved employees was recently held. Furniture manager Dr. Michael Seidl and nursing director Dagmar Deragisch were enthusiastic when they were able to distinguish numerous committed employees for their outstanding achievements. In a festive framework, the employees who retired in 2024 successfully welcomed further or further training or adopted new functions.

After a sparkling champagne reception, Seidl opened the event with a thank you speech. He emphasized the importance of motivated and reliable employees, especially in the challenging times in which the care industry is located. "It is essential that we train our staff to take on responsibility for people and the facility," he emphasized.
