New VHS course program: Health in focus for 2025!

The new program of the Volkshochschule (VHS) district of Pfaffenhofen is here and promises a fresh start to 2025! From now on, interested parties can register for exciting courses that will start at 8 a.m. on Monday, December 2nd. The winter trimester is all about health! The VHS is convinced that health is more than just the absence of illness. "We support you in finding a balance and strengthening your health at all levels," explains VHS manager Alice Köstler-Hösl. Whether movement, nutrition, relaxation or mental fitness - there are offers that help develop a health -promoting lifestyle. On Saturday, January 25, 2025, a health day will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Pfaffenhofen district office, which offers lectures and workshops on these topics.
