Tattoo service in Neu-Ulm: Faith meets body art!

On October 31st, the St. Johann Baptist Church in Neu-Ulm will be the venue for an extraordinary event: “Ink & Amen”. Here faith and body art merge into a unique experience! From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., the church is transformed into an atmospheric tattoo studio, where visitors can not only relax and pray, but also have the opportunity to get Christian tattoos.

In a specially designed side room, the Old Sacristy, art lovers can have their skin decorated with meaningful symbolism. The tattoo service begins at 7 p.m., led by Deacon Wolfgang Dirscherl, Deacon Oliver Föhr and Sister Tobia. These speak about the deeper Christian meaning of their tattoos and invite those present to reflect on their own faith.

Community and celebration after the service

After the service there will be an opportunity for personal conversation and confession. The event ends with a happy party in the Johanneshaus, right next to the church. An evening of music, prayer and fellowship awaits everyone who attends this unique tattoo service!
