A radiant spectacle awaits visitors in Kaufbeuren! From November 15th to 17th, 2024, the city illuminates with the annual event "Kaufbeuren shines" and the magical candlelight shopping. This festive atmosphere is not only a pleasure for the senses, but also the perfect backdrop for an exciting photo competition, which was launched by the city of Kaufbeuren and the Kaufbeuren campaign. Here photography enthusiasts have the chance to present their best snapshots and with a little luck to win great prizes!

photo competition: So you take part!

Participation in the photo competition is simple! Hold the magical moments of the event between November 15 and 17, 2024. Regardless of whether you are using a smartphone or a professional camera, it is important that your photo shows a creative and personal view of the illuminated buying in. The technical requirements are clear: the images must be uploaded in PNG, JPG or PDF format, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum file size of 20 MB. Each participant may submit a photo and minors need the consent of their parents.

The best photos are selected by a jury and rewarded with attractive gift vouchers. The first place receives a gift check for over € 100, the second place 70 € and the third place € 50. There are also a € 10 gift check for places four to ten. The winning photos are presented publicly, and the prices can be picked up in the old town after notification of cigars. All submissions must be submitted via the online form by Saturday, November 30, 2024.
