future -oriented investments
"The Fund Kingstone Living Germany has sparked great interest from institutional investors," explains Simon Lieb, Managing Director of Kingstone Residential Investments. The currently high demand for funded living space pays off: with the right return for investors and a safe cash flow. And the best thing about it? Potential new construction projects bring ESG conformity (environmental protection, social affairs and corporate management) into play, which is of the utmost importance for investors!
Ansgar Pape, another managing director at Kingstone, emphasizes: "By skillfully using funding, we can meet both the regulations of the developers and the return expectations of our investors." Kingstone relies on long -term, low -interest loans in order to differentiate themselves from the unpredictable interest rates of conventional financing. Stability is required in these uncertain times!
The ten Brinke Project development that the objects sold emphasizes that there is an enormous need for affordable housing in Germany's major cities. A trusting cooperation between public bodies, investors and developers is the key to quickly realize the urgently needed apartments. The goal? More affordable living space in an increasingly expensive environment!
