Turn in Erding: Traditional construction company Anzinger closes its doors!
Erding, Deutschland - The traditional construction company Anzinger in Erding will be history on January 1, 2025. Owner Rudolf Waxenberger has sold the company, which has existed since 1916, and will in future work as a construction consultant to a reduced extent. The purchase price was not published. Matthias Regner takes over the company with his company Projektbau Matthias Regner GmbH (PBR). Regner, who already worked on construction sites with Waxenberger, sees the takeover as an opportunity to further enrich the regional building landscape. He plans to continue to employ the workforce of currently twelve employees with the same employment contracts, such as Waxenberger was involved as a district craftsman in the region, an office that he will continue to hold until November 2025. He could now find new ways about the streets and stones that he has put in his career - possibly even in politics, as he notes. He also intends to spend more time with his family and actively shape the future of the craft while his nephew Simon Waxenberger will take on an important base in the new company structure.
