Directed by Bernd Leupold , the ensemble shines with a powerful appearance that captivates the spectators. The production, which is rarely listed, impressively shows how charming and strange the combination of Bavarian folklore and classical literature can be.

The talented actors, led by Jenny Schmidberger as a waitress Zenzl and gretchen , make the stage shake. Bernhard Vieregg as a rabid cattle dealer and Michael Blum as a large -mouthed Bader ensure hearty laugh. The ensemble, consisting of about twenty actors, plays in an authentic village economy backdrop that offers the perfect framework for this amusing evening. The story unfolds with a court actress who wants to mix up the sleepy village, and a mayor who is initially against it.

The roles become a race, because the mayor's daughter Stasi absolutely wants to play Gretchen. But the seductive Zenzl has different plans! The rehearsals become a turbulent farce that puts the audience in a happy mood. An incomparable atmosphere is created with well-known fist quotes that are happily supplemented in the audience. "Zenzl Kumm Eini, you are seduced" - the stage is a place of chaos, but also the warm laugh.

"Faust in Schliersee" is a masterpiece of the ASV theater that reinterprets the characters of traditional peasant comedy in a refreshing way. Bernd Leupold managed to give each actor an individual touch, so that the evening becomes not only entertaining, but also unforgettable.
