These loyal employees, who have been part of the company for 25 or 40 years, not only started their careers at the savings bank, but also made a significant contribution to the success story of the regional credit institution. Chairman of the Board Dr. Martin Faber and his team emphasized the importance of these anniversaries, who are the public face of the Sparkasse.
The employees who will be celebrating their 40th and 25th years of service in 2024 have achieved a lot during their time at Sparkasse Coburg-Lichtenfels. With a balance sheet total of 3.08 million euros, the savings bank is now a leader in the region and offers over 80,000 customers a trustworthy contact. Dr. Faber praised the employees' long-term membership and emphasized that their average length of employment of 25.8 years is well above the German average. This is a sign of satisfaction and commitment in a constantly changing work environment.
Honoring the anniversaries
The honor was an emotional moment in which everyone celebrating their anniversary received a certificate and a gift of chocolates. Those honored for 40 years include Carola Brettel, Doris Fischer, Stefanie Franz, Holger Langbein, Peter Müller and Günther Präcklein. Jens Eisele, Robert Fritz, Sven Hellmich, Petra Leutner, Christian Macion, Silke Parthum, Sandra Weyh and Julia Zapf were honored for their 25 years of loyalty.
