New member of the municipal council in Tiefenbach: Renate Zimmermann welcomed!

Tiefenbach, Deutschland - Topic of the last meeting of the Tiefenbach municipal council was the official introduction of a new member and the determination of important property tax rates. Renate Zimmermann was appointed the successor for the eliminated Bianca Ederer. Mayor Ludwig Prögler took over the office by giving her ceremoniously accepting the oath and welcoming her to the committee.

Prögler also reported an important infrastructure project in the meeting: the ILE infrastructure project (c) Erchov Plus 2, in which all the necessary approvals of the affected neighbors have already been obtained. The land -by -land regulations could already be ordered in December of this year, with a construction execution that is to take place in autumn 2025 or in spring 2026 at the earliest.

Determination of the new property tax rates

A central point of the session was the adjustment of the property tax rates, which was required due to a reform on January 1, 2025. The lifting rates were now set to 210 for property tax A and 200 for property tax B. These changes will come into force on January 1 of the next year and could have far -reaching financial consequences for the community and its citizens.

Another important point was the discussion about the water supply and the upcoming renovation projects. The current hardship directive in RZWAS 2021 expires on March 31, 2025. Prögler informed about two upcoming renovations of the water pipes in the main street and in Altenschneeberg, whose completion is planned until August 11, 2026. The municipality hopes for grants to cover the costs incurred for the current financial year.

The municipality has successfully completed renovation work in Sonnen- und Irlacher Straße in the past as well as at the Tiefenbach elevator. Nevertheless, further projects are planned, and the municipality is aiming to be taken into account for the future hardship directive in RZWAS 2025 as a beneficiary.

The local council also dealt intensively with the renovation of the water pipes and the renewal of the slide crosses in Waldbadstrasse. After detailed advice with the engineering office Brandl & Preischl, the council decided on the planning variant "Untere Waldbadstrasse". This includes the renewal of six house connections, six nodes and a total cable length of 240 meters. The estimated construction costs amount to around 250,150 euros, whereby the municipality has to expect its own contribution of 149,000 euros.

overall, including the construction of a new family home with a double carport in Katzelsried, the renovation of a house and the cultivation of a second residential unit in Steinlohe and the construction of a new Tiny house in Schönau.
