Swimming pool bus brings bathing enthusiasts to Bad Neustadt: This is how it works!

A new swimming bus service is being launched in Bad Kissingen, which will enable swimming enthusiasts to bridge the cold winter months. From December 21, 2024, citizens can take the JuKuZ bus to the “Triamare” swimming pool in Bad Neustadt at a reduced price. "Of course we all don't like the fact that we currently don't have an indoor swimming pool in the winter months. Until then we have to make do," explained Mayor Dr. Dirk Vogel, who launched the initiative. This offer has been tested every 14 days since the end of November to give people without their own car the opportunity to continue swimming the city of Bad Kissingen reports.

Details about the bus trip

The swimming bus is scheduled to depart on December 21st at 10:00 a.m. from the Youth and Cultural Center (JuKuZ) at Zwilling-Scholl-Platz. The return journey from the bus station in Bad Neustadt is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Children and young people only pay 2 euros for the return journey, adults have to pay 4 euros. In order to ensure that there are enough seats, interested parties can register by calling 0971 807-4301 or sending an email to jugfamsoz@stadt.badkissingen.de. The offer currently includes three dates: December 21st and previously on November 23rd and December 7th, as InFranken reports.
