Fatal accident at Ansbach: Pedestrian dies after a collision!

A serious traffic accident occurred on Sunday, January 12, 2025, on the B 14 near Ansbach. A 33-year-old pedestrian was fatally injured in the incident. The accident occurred around 7:35 a.m. when a 19-year-old driver of a Toyota came to the right of the road for the reason that was unknown.

The Toyota broke a green strip, drove onto a cycle/footpath and caught the pedestrian after around 100 meters. Despite immediate medical care, the pedestrian who was taken to the hospital was declared dead a little later. The driver of the Toyota was physically unharmed in the incident. A similar incident was reported on Friday evening, December 13, 2024, on the B 14 in Ansbach. In this accident, a 76-year-old woman died who had previously parked her car in the middle of the road due to a vehicle breakdown. The woman left her Citroen to expect a towing vehicle when she was recorded by a Peugeot driving in the direction of Oberichenbach. The 68-year-old driver of the Peugeot was also unharmed.
