Amberg is looking for a liberation strike: fighting spirit against Herrsching II!

The volleyball players of VC/DJK Amberg are facing a crucial challenge! After relegation from the league, returning to the regional league is all that matters. Next weekend they will play against the second team from TSV Herrsching - a game that could mark the turn of their season!

The team is eager to collect points after a humiliating 3-0 defeat against TV Mömlingen! The competition doesn't sleep: Herrsching II has only achieved one win in three games so far. This talented team, which consists primarily of young players from the Munich area, represents a dangerous challenge! But Amberg is determined to find refuge in the promising game so as not to sink into the bottom of the table.

Weak points addressed!

In preparation for the important away game, coach Bosko Novovic determined that the “basics” – serving and receiving – urgently need to be optimized. These basic skills were considered Amberger's Achilles heel. Only Laurenz Mecke is out injured, the rest of the squad is fit and ready to start the hunt for points, despite health problems for Lukas Neidl and Michael Renner. It remains to be seen whether the Amberg team can achieve the victory they need to finally believe in success!
