In June, the JobCenter Balingen invited 80 unemployed refugees to a job speed dating. This event should open the doors to the world of Trigema and give them the opportunity to have discussions directly with one of the leading employers of the region.

The preparations were enormous: all Trigema departments were ready to receive the promising applicants and to make it as easy as possible for them. "We wanted to make it as low as possible," emphasized Elisabeth Grupp. The intensive cooperation between the job center and Trigema showed their fruits in the form of a well -organized event that should offer the job seekers a first start -up.
