Anniversary celebration: Semler window defies the crisis and celebrates success!

The Semler Window and Carpentry in Dietenheim celebrated its annual celebration for 2024 on January 11, 2025. Managing Director Martin and Stefan Semler looked back on a successful year, which, despite challenging conditions in the construction industry, achieved positive results. The company employed around 100 employees and was able to maintain full employment, while those responsible are optimistic about the future.

As part of the celebration, long -time employees were honored for their loyalty to the company. Senior boss Max Semler presented honorary certificates from the Ulm Chamber of Crafts as well as personal gifts to the jubilees, whose service is between 20 and 45 years. The company's history goes back to 1851 and the Semler windows and carpentry have established itself as a leading provider in the region for front doors, winter gardens and interior designs since then.

A central topic in the product range are the high -quality windows, front doors and winter gardens that make a contribution to the energy transition and climate protection. According to the managing directors, windows and doors make up about 25 to 30 percent of the building outside of the building. By replacing old window systems in favor of highly heat -insulating variants, considerable energy savings can be achieved.

This information coincides with the results of a current study published by the Federal Association of Flach glass and the Fenster + Facade Association. The examination, which was published in March 2024, shows that the exchange of windows with simple glass and uncomfortable insulating glass could save around 10.8 million tons of CO2 annually.
