After eight years of vacancy, a new chapter is being written: The well-known fashion store Marco Moden will open its doors next March in the former NKD branch at Hauptstrasse 38. The move comes even though the previous location is currently going through a clearance sale due to going out of business. Managing director Anja Rajkovic emphasizes that customers will not have to go without the usual advice and selection in the future, as the sales area will now be doubled. “The posters announcing the closure of the business can be confusing, but we are staying in the city!” says Rajkovic, who is also retiring from management.

The new location will not only impress with its larger sales area, but also with its lively surroundings. Rajkovic hopes to be able to benefit from high-frequency neighbors such as the Reiser Center or Bochtler Bakery. Their goal is to provide a better shopping experience and win back customers despite the difficult times the store has experienced in recent years. Before the final move, however, renovation work still needs to be completed, including the installation of a new ceiling and the installation of adapted furnishings in order to adapt the store to modern requirements.
