Important construction project in Rottweil: closures and diversions from next week!

In the picturesque city center of Rottweil, the chaos breaks out! Road users have to prepare for significant disabilities in the coming week, because the city uses the autumn holidays for an extensive construction site offensive. From Monday, October 28th to Saturday, November 2, the Nägelesgrabenstraße at the level of the new hospital is completely closed. The reason for this is the work for a new parking space, which urgently needs a new drainage that needs to be connected to the channel. The detour leads the drivers via the preacher and Ritterstrasse as well as Burkardstrasse.

But that's not all! It will also be loud at Friedrichsplatz: From Tuesday, October 29th to Wednesday, October 30th, urgent streeting work will be carried out there. The covering has turned away and urgently needs to be repaired while the school is closed. Here only one roadway is accessible on half -sided and a traffic light regulates traffic. Drivers should expect traffic jams!

further closures and diversions

Schramberger Straße will also be affected from Tuesday, October 29th to Thursday, October 31st! House connections are laid here for a private construction project, which requires a spacious diversion via Tannstraße. Mountain and hospital roads can still be reached from the direction of Heimburger-Kreisel. But the residents on the street on the Zwinger and the adjacent streets Turmweg and Konrad-Witz-Straße also have to accept diversions!

The measures lead to further restrictions in local public transport: stops such as Waldtorstraße (black gate), Schramberger Straße (Heimburger) and Nägelesgrabenstrasse cannot be approached at times. Information channels at the stops keep passengers up to date on alternative routes. It remains exciting how the construction site will affect city traffic!
