A radiant evening in the Schorndorf Barbara-Künkelin-Halle! The best trainees in the Rems-Murr district were celebrated here, and their achievements are simply impressive! Four outstanding talents from the region are among the country's best trainees in their fields, and one of them, Yasin Durgut, is even the country's best trainee in his field! At the festive ceremony by the Rems-Murr Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 49 young people were awarded their dream grade of “very good” – a real reason to celebrate!

A total of 1,258 trainees from the Rems-Murr district took part in the IHK final examinations this year, and around 1,200 of them passed them successfully. The achievements are impressive: 49 trainees achieved at least 92 out of 100 points! IHK President Claus Paal praised the young talents and presented them with the coveted certificates. “Your commitment and dedication are a role model for everyone,” said Paal, who emphasized the importance of these successes for the graduates’ professional future.

The stars of training

The four best trainees in the country from the Rems-Murr district are: Niko Mikic (specialist in media technology, Diakonie Stetten, Waiblingen), Merve Karadeniz (health care clerk, Rems-Murr-Kliniken Winnenden), Felix Kinzel (construction mechanic, H.P. Kaysser, Leutenbach) and the outstanding Yasin Durgut (specialist for courier, express and postal services, Deutsche Post AG, Waiblingen). Durgut was also honored with a star on the IHK’s “Walk of Fame” – an award that is only given to the best trainees in the region!

Markus Beier, managing director of the Rems-Murr IHK district chamber, thanked those responsible for training, teachers and volunteer examiners. “Without your passionate commitment, such top achievements in training and further education would not be possible,” emphasized Beier, emphasizing the importance of support for the young talents. An evening full of pride and recognition for the future of skilled workers in the Rems-Murr district!
