Berlin, Deutschland - Attention, Berlin! In the trainee hotel of the hotel group Living Hotels, an international team of 13 talented trainees from six countries recruited again! This unique initiative in Berlin-Mitte starts with a brilliant internship band, which gives the young hoteliers the chance to demonstrate their own leadership skills in just six weeks and to gain valuable practical experience. From breakfast service to reception to housekeeping - the young hotel specialists take over the tax!

These committed young talents, who are currently doing their job in various living hotels in Germany, snap exciting apartments in the opposite Living Hotel Großer Kurfürst during the project. You will receive support from the director Marcus Kaiser and his competent team around the clock - a real backup to prevent something from going wrong. "I really wanted to participate here. I am prepared and super motivated!", Kevin Lang, a 20-year-old from Munich and again as a department head.

An absolute highlight this year is the “Green Week”, which allows the trainees to dip into exciting sustainability workshops, while they also attend a green globe audit. Sophia Pfundstein, the project manager, beams: "Our trainees are a great team and highly motivated from day one." The international composition is the icing on the cake - participants from exotic countries such as Madagascar, Colombia, Angola, Vietnam and Iran ensure a diverse and exciting atmosphere. The response to the trainee hotel is consistently positive and promises exciting results!
