Aggressive Ukrainian attacks police and flees when arrested!

Recently there have been repeated incidents of aggressive behavior by Ukrainian citizens in Germany and Austria. A remarkable case occurred on the evening of March 9, 2025, when the police in Graz were alerted. Around 8 p.m., several drunk people were aggressive at the train station and were throwing objects. On site, a 31-year-old Ukrainian behaved extremely uncooperatively and refused to produce his documents, which ultimately led to his arrest. But that wasn't enough: After his arrest, he kicked a police officer in the chest area and injured him, as the Styria State Police Department reported. The aggressively arrested man was then taken to the Graz police detention center.

Attack on officials in Dresden

Another incident that draws attention to the legal situation of Ukrainian citizens occurred on February 3, 2025 in Dresden. A 33-year-old Ukrainian was discovered without valid documents on the EuroCity train from Prague to Dresden. He claimed to have worked illegally in the Czech Republic. When he was arrested by the federal police, there was an attack: the man attacked an officer with punches while driving to the Czech Republic. Amid the tangled situation, he managed to escape, prompting a large-scale search that even included the use of a police helicopter. However, on the morning of February 4th, the fugitive was caught in Bad Gottleuba before he was handed over to the Czech authorities. Proceedings for physical attacks on law enforcement officers have been initiated, reports Bild.de.
