Ducati Streetfighter V4: Ninth place on the market brings a breath of fresh air!

Ducati sets new standards in the field of naked bikes. With the introduction of the new Streetfighter V4 the Italian manufacturer has dethroned the BMW M 1000 R. The output of 214 hp not only beats its predecessor by six hp, but also exceeds the BMW's 210 hp. Despite a light weight of 189 kg (without fuel), the new Streetfighter is particularly agile. The machine, which is based on the proven 1103 cm³ Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine, reaches its maximum performance at 13,500 rpm and offers a maximum torque of 120 Nm at 11,250 rpm.

The design of the Streetfighter V4 has also evolved. With a new full-LED headlight, a compact 16-liter tank and a revised chassis that is significantly lighter, the motorcycle promises more stability and driving pleasure. An innovative one Hollow symmetrical swing arm increases traction when exiting corners. The improved ergonomics ensure increased comfort. Above all, the new shape of the tank and seat makes aerodynamic driving easier.

Technical details and market launch

In terms of suspension, the Streetfighter V4 S relies on high-quality components from Öhlins. Both the front axle and the rear wheel are equipped with individually adjustable damping elements. Brembo Hypure™ brake calipers guarantee powerful braking performance and optimized heat dissipation. The motorcycle will be launched in March 2025, where it will be available as a single-seater with an optional pillion kit, while prices for Austria are not yet known. In Germany the list starts at 24,990 euros, which represents a drop in price compared to the previous model of 28,995 euros in Austria.
