Wonnemar in crisis: there is a threat of foreclosure!

In a current situation surrounding the Wonnemar, the city is making efforts to open this leisure pool. Mayor Thomas Stamm announced that the operating company 0815 GmbH has not yet responded to the request to hand over the keys to the Wonnemar. The city has therefore prepared planned measures for compulsory enforcement if 0815 GmbH does not voluntarily hand over the bathroom.

As Mayor Stamm explained, a bailiff could be appointed to give 0815 GmbH a deadline of two or three weeks before enforcement begins. The condition of the swimming pool has not improved in recent weeks; The water pumps are still not working, and a court order from the beginning of December had already ordered these pumps to be repaired. There is still water in the swimming pools and the bottom is increasingly covered in algae.

Enforcement and legal aspects

Mayor Stamm carries out regular inspections of the pool to get an idea of the situation. Before the holidays, 0815 GmbH tried to remove files and computers from the Wonnemar premises, but this was prohibited by the court ruling. The managing director of 0815 GmbH, Volker Scheerer, has accepted the city's landlord's lien.

The topic of Wonnemar is of great interest among citizens. Stamm is often asked about this. Recently, however, there was uncertainty when the lights were on in Wonnemar at night; Turns out someone had forgotten to turn off the lights. In this situation, legal steps for compulsory enforcement are also indicated, which, in accordance with Section 750 Paragraph 1 ZPO, are dependent on the corresponding delivery of the enforcement title, which provides an additional legal framework for further measures, such as Haufe reported.
