On November 19, 2025, “Modern Building GmbH” filed for bankruptcy again. “Modern Building GmbH”, based in Obertrum am See in Flachgau, is active in real estate development and is now faced with considerable financial difficulties. Insolvency proceedings were already pending in 2023, in which liabilities of around 1.4 million euros were identified. A restructuring plan that called for a repayment of 25 percent of the debt could not be implemented.

The company's current assets consist of two undeveloped but encumbered properties. The unrepaid liabilities from the preliminary proceedings have become active again. In addition, Modern Building GmbH can no longer meet its ongoing payment obligations, so bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated.
