The Austrian banking landscape is experiencing significant restructuring: UniCredit Bank Austria AG and Raiffeisen Bank International AG have sold their shares in card complete Service Bank AG. The new majority owner is EAVISTA Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH, which now holds 75.1 percent of the shares in card complete. This takeover, which will be completed after approval by the regulatory authorities, represents a significant step for the credit card company.
