Birmenstorf, Schweiz - A tragic accident occurred on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, on the A1 motorway near Birmenstorf. An 81-year-old driver lost control of his dodge for reasons that have so far been unexplained, which led to a fatal overbeat of the vehicle. The car got off the road to the right, crashed into an electric box and overturned. When the police and rescue workers arrive, the driver was no longer available and despite immediate resuscitation measures, he died at the scene of the accident. His 79-year-old passenger only suffered minor injuries while the car and the electrical box took considerable damage. Initial indications indicate that a medical problem of the driver could have been the cause of the loss of control, as the Aargau cantonal police said in their message, which was reported by ORF Burgenland reported.
