New purchase in Frankfurt (Oder): ML Real AG secures authority location!

The Berlin investment company ML Real AG has acquired a building in Frankfurt (Oder). The property is located at Heinrich-von-Stephan-Straße 2 and houses the Federal Employment Agency and the job center as tenants. Surprisingly for the city of Frankfurt (Oder), the purchase took place without prior information, even though the city itself is a tenant of the building.

Malte Klussmann, chairman of ML Real AG, emphasized that the purchase will have no negative impact on the existing tenancy agreements. These should continue to run “undisturbed”. Klussmann also plans to get to know the tenants personally and have discussions about possible improvements or changes to the property.

Purchase details and future plans

The acquisition is part of a capital increase and was sold by a fund of the Liechtensteinische Landesbank. The purchase price amounts to an amount in the double-digit million euro range Property Magazine reported. In this context, an examination of the possibility of a photovoltaic system was also announced. Klussmann made it clear that a rent increase was not necessarily linked to the planned work.

ML Real AG looks back on 50 years of company history and already owns properties in Eberswalde and Bad Freienwalde. With this latest purchase, it is expanding its portfolio to include an important government location in Frankfurt (Oder). rbb24 reported.
