The property is located in Heinrich-von-Stephan-Strasse 2 and houses the Federal Employment Agency and the job center as a tenant. The purchase was surprising for the city of Frankfurt (Oder) without prior information, although the city itself is the tenant of the building.

Malte Klussmann, the chairman of ML Real AG, emphasized that the purchase will not have any negative effects on the existing tenancy. These should continue to run "undisturbed".
