Australian shot in Villa on Bali
The Indonesian authorities are currently looking for two Australian perpetrators who are suspected of shoting an Australian tourist and injured another. The incident occurred in a villa on the popular holiday island of Bali.
Details of the incident
The fatal shootout took place in the Villa Casa Santisya near Munggu Beach in the Bathung district shortly after midnight on Friday. Zivan Radmanovic, 32 years old and from Melbourne, was killed in the attack. The second injured, a 34-year-old Australian also from Melbourne, also suffered serious injuries, such as the chief of police from bathroom, Arif Batubara.
Investigations run
"We cannot yet determine the motif," said Batubara, who added that a comprehensive examination was underway. The two injured men were immediately brought to hospitals in Denpasar, the provincial capital.

The police reported that only three rooms with a total of five guests were occupied in the villa at the time of the incident. The wives of the two victims were also on site, as were another foreign tourist, said Batubara.
Radmanovic was shot in a bathroom where the investigators found 17 cartridge sleeves and two intact balls. At least three witnesses reported that the perpetrators drove to the villa with a scooter and wore an orange jacket with a dark helmet as well as a dark green jacket with a black mask and a dark helmet.

Radmanovic's wife, Gourdeas Jazmyn, 30, told the investigators that she suddenly woke up when she heard her husband screaming. In panic, she pulled herself under a blanket when she heard several shots. Later she found her husband and the injured Australian, whose wife also reported that he had seen the attackers.

The Australian consulate in Bali was informed by the authorities and an autopsy of the deceased is still pending because it is waiting for the victim's family, as Batubara explained.
