Pure excitement: DSC defeats Höchstadt Alligators with 4: 3!

on Sunday, December 8th, the Deggendorfer SC returned to the ice after a one -week break with a gripping game. At 6:45 p.m. they received the Höchstadt Alligators and secured important points in the fight for the table situation with a narrow 4: 3 victory. The game took place in front of 1522 enthusiastic spectators in the Deggendorf fortress. Coach Jiri Ehrenberger was able to fall back on Marcel Pfänder again, while some key players were still missing, including defender Benedikt Schopper and striker Niklas Pill, as from dSc-eShockey.de reported.

In an exciting match with numerous punitive times and changing tours, the alligators started strongly and took the lead 1-0 early. But the DSC could not be discouraged and equalized again and again. Marcel Pfänder in particular showed up in top shape after his return and scored the connection goal. The highlight of the game came in the 46th minute when Curtis Leinweber led his team to 4: 3 with an impressive solo.
