England sweeps New Zealand with 323 runs and secures series management!
A spectacular triumph for England! In a breathtaking second test in Wellington, the English in New Zealand defeated with a whopping 323 runs and thus secured an unrestrained 2-0 lead in the three games. The guests almost dominated the action from the start and gave the home side no chance!
Joe Root, the captain of the English team, shone with an impressive century of the century before the English bowl of New Zealand took out the game in the last section of the third day for only 259 runs. England has celebrated its first series of series on New Zealand soil since 2008 - a historical moment!
Blundell fights bravely
Despite the defeat, Tom Blundell showed a remarkable performance with his brave century in the second inner in the second inner sings.
