New building Castle invites: Wiener Wurstfest meets BBQ Action

An exciting culinary event is just around the corner: On October 19 and 20, 2024, the impressive Neubauen Castle in Vienna will be the scene of the Vienna Wurst Festival in combination with the Vienna BBQ Days. Visitors can look forward to a weekend full of pleasure, international competitions and live entertainment.

The highlight of the event are the exciting BBQ competitions organized by the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS). On Saturday, grill master can compete in the Rippchen category, while on Sunday the categories chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and the coveted brisket are on the program. If you like to use sharp treats, you should not miss the chili competition in which participation can be challenging.

Culinary diversity for everyone

In the castle there is a pleasure market where visitor can discover delicacies, spices, wines and spirits. The latest grill technologies can also be tried out on site, presented by well -known manufacturers such as Weber, Monolith and Kamado Joe.

Prominent grill master, including the Harold Brothers and Ms. Ringl, which comes up with informative stage shows on the topics of sausage and meat.
