Colorful impulses: vernissage with Stefanie Knechtl and Nadia Trallori
In the coming week, the artist Stefanie Knechtl will present her latest work, which impresses with the use of lively colors and impressive painting techniques. From December 16, it will mainly issue flower still life and portraits in acrylic, as well as two lineaf cuts. These works show a special dynamic that arises from the sometimes demanding nature of painting and conveys the feeling of movement and energy to the viewer, even if the body depicted appears unemployed.
A very special part of the event will be the reading of Nadia Trallori, which deals with the topic of “avenger”. Your texts, which include short -texts, diary entries and fragmentary sentences, offer an extraordinary view of the taboo of revenge. In her introductory text, Trallori stimulates the discussion about the moral and psychological aspects of revenge, and questions whether it can actually restore a kind of self -esteem. Their demands for justice and satisfaction are shaped by the contradictions and tensions of human behavior.
