Culinary highlights in Vienna: Wait pop-ups and pleasure events!

This week there are again exciting culinary events in Vienna that attract gourmets and wine lovers alike. From pop-up events to wine tastings, a variety of interesting offers are on the program in the city.

On October 25th, the well -known chef Parvin Razavi, who causes a stir with her Persian roots in & flora, will present a plant -based menu in the Ströck after work. Here, among other things, guests can enjoy a celery cream soup with radish leaf oil costs and grilled radicchio with labneh, salt lemons and oven -baked grapes. The event takes place at Burggasse 52-54 from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.

wine and enjoyment in the city

For wine lovers, the Fine Wine Portfolio Tasting of the Kracher vinotheque in the Palais Lower Austria is available on the same day. Here, exquisite wines from countries such as France, Italy, Spain and Portugal are presented. A ticket costs 69 euros in advance or 89 euros at the Tageskassa. This tasting takes place from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Herrengasse 13.

The Café Capra in St. Valentin offers another highlight on November 17th. The sommelière of the year, Helena Jordan, will offer a tasting together with the wine dealer Thomas Reither, which deals with Hungarian wines. This event is part of a series that is already fully booked. Information is available on capra.at.

celebrate and enjoy

The Gleisgarten in Vienna-Meidling celebrates its first birthday on October 26th. Visitors can expect a diverse range of gastrosting stands, live music and a beer tapping with free beer. The celebration begins at 6 p.m. in Eichenstrasse 2.

Another reason to celebrate is the Café Azzurro in Vienna-new building. The first anniversary of the café will be celebrated there on October 30 and 31 with a special birthday menu and a party. The menu prices start at 36 euros per person.

Last but not least, a new pop-up will take place on the Brunnenmarkt near S'Cazzo on October 26, in which Anna-Sophie Müller, together with Tobias Wachsenegger von Halmi, prepares a wild menu. At the latest from noon, guests can expect exciting culinary creations here.

The Female Chef's platform, launched by Karin Stöttinger, is committed to making women more visible in the Austrian culinary deliberation. On November 4, an event will take place in the Miele Experience Center at which six cooks and producers work together to create a menu.

The C.O.P. - Collection of Produce will be active in an alternative accommodation at the front garden market by December 15th. Where the team goes afterwards, however, remains uncertain.
