Private art in the heart of Vienna: Discover the JRH. Gallery
in Lehárgasse 11, not far from the pulsating life in Mariahilf, the “Jrh. Gallery” hides a privately conducted tattoostudio, which not only impresses with his remarkable art, but also with the extraordinary founder Jieny. In a conversation with meinzirk.at, she tells of her trip as a tattoo artist and the rise of her studio about a popular destination for lovers of body art.
Jieny, who was born in Iraq, has been in Vienna since she was six and developed a passion for drawing early on. This creative streak later led her to the Viennese tattoo scene, where she gained initial experience in a studio before she decided to found her own company. "It was my dream to have my own studio," she says about the beginnings of the JRH. Gallery.
a unique tattoo experience
The special thing about the JRH. Gallery? It is a place of calm and privacy. Jieny works alone and relies on appointment agreements (keyword: no walk-in service) to offer your customers an individual and relaxed atmosphere. "The customers who come to me enjoy the peace and quiet," she explains and emphasizes that it is important for them to create an intimate environment in which every tattoo becomes a personal work of art.
Since Jieny specializes in large -scale tattoos in Black and Gray Realism Style, she takes time for every project. "Sometimes the sessions last several hours and I prefer to tattoo only one person a day," she explains her way of working. Your creative designs are developed in close coordination with customers, which emphasizes the importance of a personal connection.
The change in the public perception of tattoos is obvious to Jieny. She has seen how the call of the tattoo scene changed. "Tattoos have become more part of society and many people now see them much more positively," she notes and emphasizes that there are a variety of studios and artistic styles in Vienna today.
in the JRH. Gallery is not only tattooed, but also lived. The walls are decorated with detailed paintings that underline the creative flair of the studio. Jieny has set itself the task of not only bringing her love for art to the skin of her customers, but also creating an aesthetic space that conveys inspiration.
the look into the future
What are Jieny's plans for the future? She would like to invite international guests to the studio and work as a tattoo artist in well -known studios abroad. "I have exciting offers for guest tattoo artists from different countries and look forward to exploring these options," she adds. Another step in your career will be the expansion of your artistic network, which in your opinion will enrich both your growth and that of the tattoo scene.
