In the competition for the best pizza in Europe, he came in third in 2024, behind two other first -class pizzerias from London and Barcelona. The new luxury pizzas

The new menu now comprises two artistically designed pizzas that match the autumn season. The first novelty, "Terra Magnatum", costs 155 euros. Their price may appear high, but there is a selection of extraordinary ingredients in it: hazelnuspaste, cime di rapa cream, parmesancreme and hazelnut flour and truffle butter cooked artichoke cubes, completed with fresh Alba truffles.

The second pizza, "Magnatum", which was part of the menu last year, is offered for 160 euros. This delicacy combines spinach, egg yolk, mascarpone and also Alba truffle. To ensure that only the best truffles are used, Calò moves into this from Luca Miliffi, a respected truffle dealer who also supplies other top restaurants in Vienna with his exquisite mushrooms.

For these exquisite pizzas, Calò recommends a fine barbaresco wine from Gaja. According to his words, this is "intense, soft and velvety and fits perfectly with the unique aroma of the Alba truffles". With his innovations, Calò shows that he remains at the top of fine pizza art and spoils the demanding palate of the Viennese.
